DeltaTech gaming IPO – According to the documents submitted to SEBI, the size of Deltatech’s IPO will be Rs 550 crore. In this, fresh equity shares of Rs 300 crore will be issued, while there will be an offer for sale (OFS) of Rs 200 crore.

The company said the IPO will be subject to market conditions, receipt of applicable approvals, and other factors. Upon completion of the offer, DeltaTech Gaming will continue to be a subsidiary of Delta Corp.
Rakesh Jhunjhunwala sold shares of Delta Corp
According to stock exchanges, in the month of June, renowned investor Rakesh Jhunjhunwala and his wife Rekha Jhunjhunwala sold 7.5 million equity shares of Delta Corp through the open market sale. Post the transaction, Jhunjhunwala’s family stake in Delta Corp has come down to 3.36 percent from 6.17 percent as of May 31, 2022. The collectives of Rakesh Jhunjhunwala (4.30 percent) and Rekha Jhunjhunwala (3.18 percent) at the end of the March quarter. Had a 7.48 percent stake in Delta Corp.
DeltaTech Gaming was formerly known as Gaussian Networks. Delta Corp bought Gaussian Networks in 2017 for about Rs 224 crore. Delta Corp was started in 1990 as a textile and real estate consultancy company. Now it works in different sectors like casino gaming, online gaming, hospitality, and real estate.
